Raiise is a Respectful Environments education program that is focused on highlighting the importance of gender equality, challenging stereotypes, and empowering participants to actively support others in promoting respectful behaviour in their community.
Who
it's for...
Sporting clubs and their communities.

Adult Program: board members, coaches, players, volunteers, parents and supporters aged 16years+

Youth Program: young athletes, officials and volunteers aged 12-15.
What it
involves...
Adult Program: 90 minutes of your time! Our trained facilitators will come to your club to run an hour and a half workshop.

Youth Program: a leader from your club registers for access to the Raiise e-learning portal and supports the young people in your club to navigate the content, using the learning guide. Alternatively, our trained facilitators can be engaged to assist with the delivery of the program.

Highlight the importance of diversity and inclusion within sporting clubs and our community.
Highlight the importance of gender equality in sporting environments and challenge stereotypes.
Encourage positive bystander intervention to empower participants to actively intervene and support others in promoting respectful behaviour.
Create awareness of the statistics and drivers behind violence against women.
Explore unconscious bias and how this influences thoughts and actions.
Foster a culture of respect in your club community.
Highlight the importance of personal and club values.
