The South Australian Government through the Office for Women partnered with Gravitate Consulting to codesign a Respectful Club Environments Program, to be delivered in sporting clubs in South Australia.
This program highlights the importance of gender equality, challenging stereotypes, and empowers participants to actively support others in promoting respectful behaviour.
The program aims to ensure the next generation of female champions can rise through the ranks with support and respect equal to their male counterparts, and that all women and girls can enjoy playing, coaching or administrating sport.
This partnership motivated the development of a broader platform of education for the community across corporate organisations, schools and community groups.
Raiise aligns its mission to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #5: to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.

Department of Social Services
where respectful relationships thrive.
Our brand values are: empowerment, respect, innovation, inclusiveness, integrity and kindness. These values all intrinsically link to respectful relationships which forms the heart of our brand.
If anyone was to draw a relationship or two people in a relationship, the result will inevitably be in the form of two stick figures standing side by side, this is where the idea for the double i was born.
The correlation between this illustrative visual and the impactful repetition of the letter ‘i’, presented as… ii is a simple typographic which emulates two people standing side by side, neither male nor female, no hierarchy or rank, no chain of command, just two figures standing together, promoting a message of unity, harmony, strength and equality.
This powerful visual representation aligns seamlessly with our program’s objectives of highlighting the importance of gender equality, challenging stereotypes, and empowering participants to actively support others in promoting respectful behaviour.
